Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to join its Emerging Talent Recruiting team supporting hardware and software groups. You will work from our Costa Mesa, CA office and act as a subject-matter expert, owning end-to-end recruitment strategies for top-tier talent while collaborating with leaders to align hiring needs with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on university recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
• Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
