Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with hiring managers on hiring needs. The ideal candidate will source and engage talent, manage multiple searches, and provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities include coordinating all recruiting stages, defining candidate profiles with managers, building talent pipelines, evaluating candidate fit, and driving process improvements to offers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with hiring managers on their hiring needs. The ideal candidate can source and engage talent, manage multiple searches, and provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress, and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Support offer strategy and improvements to recruiting processes.

Requirements:

• At least one year of recruiting experience, including end-to-end recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and understand complex hiring needs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to changing priorities.
• Recruiting experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or another high-growth environment preferred.
