You will train with an onboarding coach, build relationships with consultants, coach them on market trends, and develop effective sourcing strategies using in-house AI tools. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or a mix of Associates Degree with relevant experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a commission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle with a world-class experience.
- Build relationships and provide career coaching on market trends and skills.
- Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including AI insights.
- Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.
- Advise account managers on skill availability and hiring timelines.
- Negotiate compensation packages to attract clients’ candidates.
- Demonstrate knowledge in the aligned specialization.
