Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience OR 4 years in a customer facing role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Desire to network and build relationships in a commission-based environment

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage full recruitment cycle.
• Build relationships and provide career coaching on market trends.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI insights.
• Use AI insights to drive data-based recruitment decisions.
