Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami is seeking ambitious professionals for a 180 recruitment role focused on the candidate side of the lifecycle. You will build relationships, manage candidates, and work closely with the business development team and sales floor.

You will source top tech talent, maintain candidate relationships through interviews and offers, and help match skills to opportunities while striving toward clear activity and placement targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Someone with recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer-facing experience
• A strong communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships
• Someone proactive, organised and motivated by targets
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with a fast-paced sales floor
• Resilient, coachable and eager to develop their recruitment skills
• Someone interested in the candidate side of recruitment who wants to build expertise in delivery and talent management

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent across the technology market
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial conversations through to placement
• Understanding candidate motivations, skills and career goals to match them with the right opportunities
• Working closely with the sales floor and business development team to understand client requirements and live vacancies
• Building candidate networks within specialist technology markets
• Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout interviews, offers and negotiations
• Developing your relationship-building and candidate management skills through hands-on coaching
• Working towards clear activity and placement targets
