Hiring in Consultants in London and Miami, we partner with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver high-impact contract and SOW solutions, helping clients scale fast, meet critical project deadlines, and access elite tech talent.

As we continue to scale our Miami office, we’re looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who combine relationship-building with real commercial drive- selling tailored delivery models and growing long-term client partnerships.

We are open to relocators who are already based in the US or those relocating from the UK. For UK-based applicants requiring visa sponsorship, a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience is required due to visa criteria.

The Role

• As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Miami office, you’ll take full ownership of your market, driving business across contract and SOW solutions. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, nurture existing accounts, and proactively win new business.
• This is a consultative, solutions-led role. You’ll be trusted to think commercially- identifying where InterEx can add value, creating bespoke delivery strategies, and positioning our services as genuine business solutions rather than transactional hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver contract and SOW solutions to new and existing clients.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycles across the Data, ERP & CRM markets.
• Build deep, long-term partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Consistently hit and exceed billing targets while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Mentor and support junior consultants within your team.
