Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami is hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire. Your day will involve telephone-based sales, relationship building and business development.

No prior recruitment experience required; you’ll be trained from day one in recruitment, sales and technology.

Responsibilities

• Call freelancers and contractors across Data & AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud.
• Build and maintain your network of candidates and regular market contact.
• Talk to candidates about projects, experience, availability and next moves.
• Call businesses and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Develop new business and introduce InterEx’s services to clients.
• Build relationships with existing clients and become a trusted contact.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients.
• Match contractors to opportunities and manage the process end-to-end.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards and CRM to source and network.
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Develop your own market and, over time, a desk and book of business.

You don’t need recruitment experience or a background in tech. We’ll teach you the recruitment, sales and technology side of the role from day one.

What will you actually be doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire.

Your day will involve a lot of phone-based sales, relationship building, and business development.

You’ll be:

• Calling freelancers and contractors working across areas such as Data and AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud
• Building your own network of candidates and staying in regular contact with your market
• Speaking to candidates about their current projects, experience, availability and next career move
• Calling businesses and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
• Developing new business and introducing InterEx’s recruitment services to potential clients
• Building relationships with existing clients and becoming a trusted contact for their hiring needs
• Negotiating rates and terms with both candidates and clients
• Matching the right contractor to the right opportunity
• Managing the recruitment process from the initial conversation through to placement
• Following up with candidates and clients throughout the process
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems and other tools to source and build your network
• Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets
• Developing your own specialist market and, over time, building your own desk and book of business

You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships, developing business and learning how to turn conversations into revenue.
