Responsibilities

• Develop new business through sales, prospecting and cold calling.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Learn how to pitch and sell recruitment solutions across the technology market.
• Source and headhunt candidates.
• Manage candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Build your own network and specialist market.
• Work towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets.
