Responsibilities

• Source candidates through calls and referrals to build a strong pipeline.
• Screen and qualify candidates via initial phone screens and resumes.
• Manage candidate pools in the ATS to support team visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales to match qualified candidates to client needs.
• Learn the market to better support hiring teams and candidates.
