Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
Interest in Columbus, Cincinnati, Charlotte, or Seattle markets.
Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building mindset.

Responsibilities

Source candidates and build relationships with job seekers and referrals.
Screen and qualify candidates through initial phone screens.
Manage talent pools and track candidates in the ATS.
Collaborate with Account Executives to match candidates to roles.
Learn market trends and support hiring teams with insights.
