You will help grow our Impower.ai consulting division by identifying top talent and coordinating with leadership to meet hiring needs. This role supports entry-level cohorts and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience or related internship/role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
• Manage candidate communications with timely, professional interactions.
• Source engineering and delivery talent using platforms, social media, and networking events.
