Responsibilities

• Source candidates and referrals to build relationships and identify top talent.
• Conduct phone screens, gather resumes, and assess candidate fit for open roles.
• Organize candidates in ATS for visibility and hiring success.
• Partner with Account Executives to match qualified candidates to client needs.
• Research roles, technologies, and industry trends to support hiring teams.
