Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, technology, or digital organizations.
• Ability to work from Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina.
• Proven skills in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Experience with OFCCP compliance and government contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for highly technical roles.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, offers, and negotiation.
• Recruit across cloud, software, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related disciplines.
• Build passive pipelines and talent communities for ongoing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to optimize time-to-fill and quality.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment metrics.
