LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to support growth across our technology organization, focusing on cloud, software, DevSecOps, data, AI/ML, and cybersecurity roles for federal customers. You will partner with technical leaders and managers to build targeted talent strategies and pipelines.

The role requires 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience across engineering IT roles.
• Hybrid Tysons, VA onsite 2–3 days per week.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into effective recruiting strategies.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal contractor recruiting requirements preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting across technical and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with hiring managers.
• Build pipelines using Boolean search, X-Ray search, and talent mapping.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, alignment, and location considerations.
• Provide labor market intelligence and sourcing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain recruiting data and metrics within the ATS and improve time-to-fill.
