Job summary

LMI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our growing technology organization. You will identify, engage, and attract top technical talent across cloud engineering, software development, DevSecOps, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and other emerging technology domains for federal customers.

Work location may be Colorado Springs, CO or North Carolina, with hybrid or onsite arrangements based on location and business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, technology, or digital domains.
Ability to work from Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina.
Experience recruiting across cloud, software, DevSecOps, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for highly technical and hard-to-fill positions.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with stakeholders.
Conduct talent market mapping and build high-quality pipelines.
Engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques.
Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and metrics in the ATS.
Ensure OFCCP compliance and federal contractor recruiting practices.
