Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our technology organization in the Tysons area. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting cloud, software, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, and emerging tech talent for federal and mission-driven work.

The ideal candidate will partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to develop targeted strategies, build pipelines, and compete for top talent in highly competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting complex engineering, technology, or digital organizations.
• Hybrid role with weekly onsite requirements at Tysons, VA (2-3 days per week).
• Strong understanding of modern technical skill sets and markets.
• Experience with government contracting or cleared programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for highly technical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Recruit across cloud engineering, software engineering, DevSecOps, data engineering, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, systems engineering.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market research, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and targeted outreach.
• Identify and engage passive technical talent in competitive labor markets.
• Build evergreen pipelines and candidate communities for recurring skill sets.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and recruit metrics to improve outcomes.
