Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-savvy Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for agentic AI, LLMs, AI Platform Engineering, and AI Product Management. This contractor role is remote within the United States, with occasional in-office attendance a few times per quarter.

Responsibilities include strategic advisory to hiring leaders, market intelligence on compensation, and end-to-end candidate assessments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent must.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment for technical/engineering roles.
Minimum 1 year recruiting for Agentic AI/LLM/AI Platform Eng/AI Product Management.
Minimum 1 year hands-on with AI-enabled recruiting tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, HiredScore).
Experience conducting candidate assessments and presenting hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently within a matrixed organization.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.

Responsibilities

Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging tech roles.
Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and hiring strategies.
Assess candidates' technical capabilities and provide evaluations.
Build relationships with passive and active candidates with a high-touch experience.
Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align recruiting with objectives.
Champion responsible and compliant use of AI in recruiting.
