LMI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to build and sustain pipelines for cloud, software, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related technology domains across federal programs.

The role requires translating complex hiring needs into effective talent strategies, partnering with engineering leaders and managers, and delivering qualified candidates in a competitive market. Hybrid or onsite work is possible based on location.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, supporting complex engineering or digital teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into recruiting strategies and talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal contractor recruiting practices is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and digital roles across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach to build pipelines.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, alignment with roles, and compensation expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, metrics, and intake conversations with stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, employer branding, and strategic pipeline development.
