LMI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber technical talent across cloud engineering, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and related technology domains.

You will partner with technical leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop targeted recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and manage full lifecycle recruitment in a hybrid work model across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to work from Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina.
• Experience recruiting across cloud, software engineering, DevSecOps, data engineering, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity.
• Experience recruiting for product/platform/AI-focused teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal contractor recruiting requirements preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for highly technical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview management, offer development, negotiation, and closing.
• Recruit across technical disciplines including network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, software engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, data engineering, data science, AI/ML, systems engineering, and related emerging technologies.
• Develop a strong understanding of technical architectures and required skill sets to assess and engage candidates.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using talent mapping, market research, Boolean search, X-Ray search, professional communities, referrals, and targeted passive candidate outreach.
• Identify and engage passive technical talent in highly competitive labor markets.
