Evlo AI is seeking a skilled technical recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and product roles. You will partner with leaders to define requirements, write clear JD(s), and drive fast, data-driven interview processes.

You will source using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals, manage the candidate experience end-to-end, and collaborate on interview scoring and offer negotiation. This role emphasizes transparent communication and results-driven hiring.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on technical talent.
• Proven track record closing senior engineers and managing 8+ requisitions.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and adjacent tools (GitHub, Gem, Hired, or similar).
• Working knowledge of backend, infra, ML roles for credible screening.
• Hands-on with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and pipeline analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: experience at a high-growth startup, recruiting for remote-first teams, or building interview-training and DEI hiring programs.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from intake through offer close and handoff to onboarding.
• Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, GitHub, and referrals to build diverse pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and calibrate on interview feedback.
• Coordinate and debrief interview loops, ensuring consistent scorecards and fast, decision-ready feedback.
• Own candidate experience end-to-end: timely communication, transparent expectations, and competitive offer negotiation.
• Track and report funnel metrics - time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source-of-hire - and use them to improve the process.
• Contribute to employer-brand initiatives, including referral programs and candidate nurture campaigns.
