Anthropic in New York is seeking a Technical Recruiter to shape our hiring efforts across technical and non-technical roles. You will source, engage, and hire top talent to support AI research and safe, beneficial systems. You will partner with managers to align needs, design interview loops, and advance an inclusive hiring approach.

The role emphasizes strong candidate experience, driving employer brand, and operating within a fast-growth environment in the AI space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
• Experience hiring for engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, insider risk, or physical security
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse and other modern sourcing tools

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
• Implement recruiting processes and programs such as developing targeted outreach campaigns, building connections with industry leaders, and removing any unfair biases from the hiring process
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
• Enhance Anthropic’s employer brand to showcase our mission, culture, and values to candidates
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
