Job summary

Eudia is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Palo Alto to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal ops. You will partner with the People & Talent team to craft compelling roles, source passively, and manage end-to-end candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll leverage ATS tools and advanced Boolean searches to build diverse, high-performing teams focused on AI and legal tech.

Qualifications

• Must have done full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineers, data scientists, product, legal ops).
• Experience with ATS platforms (Lever/Greenhouse/Workable) and advanced Boolean searches.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for critical roles including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal operations experts.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to craft job descriptions and manage hiring timelines.
