Eve in San Francisco is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiter to own hiring across Engineering, Product, and UX Design. You'll be a senior IC and partner with our leadership to run full-cycle searches, build sourcing strategies, and scale our AI talent pipeline.

You will evaluate candidates with deep technical fluency, lead interview loop design, and guide candidates through offers, driving an inclusive, data-driven hiring process that supports Eve's rapid growth.

Responsabilités

• Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, and UX design.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and set timelines.
• Lead our approach to AI/ML hiring, including research engineers, applied scientists, ML infrastructure engineers, and AI product leaders.
• Assess technical depth in candidates, hold substantive conversations about systems, architecture, ML concepts, and design process, and give hiring teams sharp, well-reasoned signal.
• Design and continuously improve interview loops, scorecards, and structured evaluation for technical, product, and design roles.
• Close candidates: build compelling narratives, manage competing offers, and guide candidates through compensation and decision-making.
• Use data (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to forecast, spot bottlenecks, and make the case for where to invest.
• Build and refine recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as we scale, and mentor other recruiters and coordinators as the team grows.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
