Job summary

Evolent is seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and hire top talent to support its AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines for AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience or 5+ years without a degree with 2 years of technical recruiting.
• Experience managing a complex recruitment lifecycle in an ATS (preferably Workday).
• Familiar with modern recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Evolent advances its EvolentAI strategy, this Technical Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring the specialized talent needed to support our AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role will recruit for key positions including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and other technical roles critical to scaling Evolent's technology capabilities and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing requisition kick-off process, including collaborating with the hiring manager to establish and document the Interview Game Plan, and ensuring all relevant information is shared with all selection team participants.
• Transforming job descriptions into targeted job advertisements designed to attract the desired talent. Managing job postings and direct sourcing efforts across different platforms and resources to ensure a viable, well qualified candidates enter the top of the recruitment funnel.
• Reviewing and short-listing prospects and applicants through effective screening to ensure knowledge, skill, experience and culture alignment is on target.
• Facilitating the interview process, in alignment with the Interview Game Plan, with a sense of urgency and an abundance of communication to all key stakeholders for regular updates.
• Manage and guide all stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates and managing the administrative business process as designed.
• Managing data and complying with designed workflow process in the ATS (Workday), ensure adherence to Recruiting Operations processes, and comply with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.

Key Skills/Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of recruiting experience OR 5+ years of recruiting experience with no Bachelor’s degree. With 2 years of Technical Recruiting.
• Robust experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday.
• Demonstrated knowledge and successful utilization of modern recruitment practices and concepts including identifying and screening targeted talent, managing dynamic interview/ selection process through to job offer acceptance.
• Familiar with modern recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter (and other candidate-based platforms) and a basic understanding of emerging recruitment technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills that have led to consistently positive recruitment outcomes.

Technical Requirements

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
