Placements24 is a dynamic recruitment consultancy seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with a technology focus to join our Randburg, Gauteng team. This hybrid role blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration to build innovative tech teams for clients.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment for software engineers, IT managers, and other tech professionals, while aligning with hiring managers on strategy and market insights.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience with a strong technology focus.
• Proven success sourcing and placing software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and advise strategically.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active tech talent.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Utilize ATS and tech platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Stay current with tech trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the team on employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements in tech recruitment.
