• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical roles.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality results.
• Experience with talent pooling and proactive candidate engagement.
• Knowledge of Welkom, Free State job market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for engineering and technical positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Manage candidate communication and talent pool organization.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and build pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
