Placements24 is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our client in Upington, Northern Cape. You will source and assess highly skilled IT, engineering, and trades candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build strong client relationships in a hybrid work setting.

You will leverage ATS and sourcing tools, conduct in-depth interviews, and provide market insights to hiring managers. A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruitment and sourcing of IT, engineering, or skilled trades candidates.
• Strong ability to source and assess highly specialized technical profiles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and technical sourcing tools.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid environment in Upington.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across IT, engineering and skilled trades.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract specialized technical talent.
