Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for a predominantly remote role spanning the United States and beyond. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build robust employer branding, and lead a distributed team to attract top-tier tech talent.

You will partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast talent needs, design scalable sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with tech-sector focus.
• Proven track record building remote recruitment teams and strategies.
• Experience hiring for niche technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects).
• Data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Source and attract passive candidates using advanced search techniques and innovative tools.
• Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Oversee and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded throughout the recruitment process.
