Job summary

Secure Code Warrior Limited is seeking a hands-on recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead full-cycle recruitment across tech and GTM roles. You will partner with hiring managers across the business, design interview plans, and move decisions quickly.

You will proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, keep Lever as our source of truth, and document learnings to improve our hiring process by the end of the engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Proven success hiring across engineering, product, security and GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions or time zones (NA, EMEA, APAC).
• Strong sourcing skills including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter use and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for an assigned set of open roles, from intake to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview plans, and keep decisions moving quickly.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals and other channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience with timely communication at every stage.
• Keep Lever up to date and provide regular pipeline updates to People & Culture.
• Document learnings and recommend improvements to the hiring process by engagement end.
