Hiya is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role balances hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership, focusing on technical, G&A, and GTM hiring for SMB and enterprise segments.

This 3‑month contract may extend based on growth and outcomes. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing and engagement, and partner with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle in high-growth environments.
Experience partnering with engineering, product, and data leaders to hire technical talent.
Fluent in using AI tools and modern TA tech to optimize sourcing, screening, and interviewer signal.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, G&A, and GTM functions.
Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and workflow efficiency.
Drive process improvements to speed up recruiting without compromising quality.
Coach hiring managers through talent strategy, interviews, and decision-making to ensure quality hires.
Champion quality of hire using structured assessments and onboarding feedback loops.
