Job summary

Hiya is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across technical, G&A, and GTM roles. This 3-month contract emphasizes AI-driven sourcing, coaching hiring managers, and building strong candidate experiences in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates will be technically fluent, data-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a focus on quality of hire.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with full-cycle focus.
Experience supporting technical, G&A, and GTM hiring.
Tech fluency and ability to partner with engineering/product/data leaders.
Experience applying AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
Coaching and influencing hiring managers with credibility.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, G&A, and GTM.
Leverage AI and automation to source, screen, and engage candidates.
Drive process improvements to speed and quality of hire.
Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, calibration, interviews, and decisions.
Champion quality of hire with structured assessments and onboarding feedback.
Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to hiring needs.
Source creatively and build deep AI/tech talent networks.
Support university and early-career programs in technical roles.
Serve as trusted advisor translating requirements into recruiting strategies.
