Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, delivering top talent through proactive search, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for hire.

You will build networks, manage candidate benches, and align recruiting strategies with client needs while maintaining strong relationships and meeting submission goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including market research and candidate sourcing.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies with clear articulation of client relationships.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and advise on hiring decisions.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports in the applicant tracking system and related administrative tasks.
