Job summary

Triple Crown is seeking an Account Manager to build and manage a portfolio of qualified clients in the tech and engineering space. You will engage daily by phone to attract and grow new business while maintaining strong ongoing relationships.

Extensive hands-on training will cover the fundamentals of sales, staffing, and customer service. We offer base pay plus uncapped commission, health/dental/vision benefits, 401K, generous PTO and ample growth opportunities.

• Build and manage a portfolio of qualified clients in tech and engineering.
• Engage daily by phone to attract and grow new business while maintaining relationships with current clients.
• Identify and generate new job opportunities by understanding client needs and project goals.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and dependable service.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business.
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand hiring cycles and establish partnerships.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate Triple Crown's value.
