Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in Cleveland is hiring an Account Manager to grow our technical consulting business. You will enter a development program with real mentoring, build client relationships, and own your pipeline from day one.

You will learn Oxford's sales methodology, identify opportunities, and travel regionally to meet clients. A Bachelor's degree and customer-facing experience are preferred, with equity in compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program.
• Learn from Senior Account Managers and coach your growth.
• Prospect new clients through calls, email, networking, and meetings.
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch solutions.
• Generate new business and grow existing client partnerships.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and tools.
• Travel regularly in the Cleveland area to meet clients.
