Oxford Global Resources is hiring an Account Manager in Milwaukee to grow our technical consulting business. You will enter a development program with real mentorship, then own a portfolio, drive your pipeline, and manage client relationships from day one.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or related roles, strong communication, and a bias for action. Expect to travel locally and build a robust network in the Milwaukee market.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills that build trust quickly
• Ambitious, self-motivated with a drive to win
• Comfortable talking to entry-level hires up to executives

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program
• Learn from Senior Account Managers and grow under mentorship
• Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships
• Prospect new clients via calls, email, networking, and meetings
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch solutions
• Generate new business and grow existing client partnerships
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools
• Travel regularly throughout the Milwaukee area to meet clients
