You'll learn from experienced Senior Account Managers, master identifying opportunities and building client trust, and travel locally to meet clients while keeping precise activity records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills that build trust and last.
• Competitive, self-motivated drive to win.
• Comfort with picking up new tech and tools, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program.
• Learn from Senior Account Managers who will mentor your growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships that last.
• Prospect new clients through calls, email, networking, and meetings.
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch Oxford's solutions.
• Generate new business and grow existing client partnerships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and modern sales tools.
• Travel regularly throughout the Milwaukee area to meet clients.
