Oxford Global Resources in Cincinnati is seeking an Account Manager to grow our technical consulting business. You will enter the first phase of our Development Program: real training, real mentorship, and real client relationships from day one.

You will learn how to win business, build trust with clients, and create opportunities that matter for everyone. This role is the foundation for owning your portfolio, driving your pipeline, and shaping your career trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated drive to win.
• Confident speaking with entry-level hires to executives.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and new tech/tools.
• CRM or ATS experience is a plus.
• Travel regularly within the Cincinnati area.

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program.
• Learn from Senior Account Managers who coach your growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Prospect new clients via calls, email, networking, and meetings.
• Run client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitches.
• Generate new business and grow client partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and tools.
• Improve with Oxford's sales methodology and staffing solutions.
• Travel regularly in the Cincinnati area to meet clients.
• Keep accurate records of activity and progress.
