Oxford Global Resources in Chicago is hiring an Account Manager to grow our technical consulting business. You'll join a development program with real training, mentorship, and real client relationships from day one.

You'll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Account Managers who will coach your growth, identify opportunities, and help you win business while building trust with clients and expanding your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust quickly.
• Willingness to travel within the Chicago area and field-based meetings.

Responsibilities

• Complete Oxford's onboarding and sales training program.
• Learn from senior account managers and develop client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Prospect new clients via calls, email, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Lead client meetings to uncover hiring needs and pitch solutions.
• Generate new business and grow existing client partnerships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools.
