Qualifications

Computer science degree preferred but not required.
1–3 years of technical experience or programming required.
Onsite position – Monday-Friday – 8am-5pm.
Knowledge of MS Office 365, Windows, and mobile operating systems.

Responsibilities

Providing technical support to customers experiencing problems with a product or service.
Troubleshooting hardware or software problems and guiding product usage.
Documenting customer interactions, including problem details and follow-up.
Communicating technical concepts clearly to customers.
Creating technical training documentation such as manuals, guides, diagrams.
Updating technical documentation to reflect product changes.
Staying up to date with product developments and technical trends.
