Job summary

Oneida-Healthcare is seeking a Tech Support professional to assist users with everyday computer issues, remotely or on-site. You will ensure computer equipment adheres to guidelines, maintain terminals and peripherals, troubleshoot network errors, and provide essential technical support.

This role also involves installing and maintaining PCs and peripheral equipment across locations, and supporting NEC and Shortel voice/telephony systems.
