Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, call center experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions.
• Ability to perform typical financial transactions and teller functions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist customers with transferring funds.
• Troubleshoot and help with online banking.
• Provide bank policies and procedures; transfer calls to other staff as requested.
