Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center or customer support experience is a plus.
• General knowledge of standard banking transactions, products, and services preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable learning and using technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online account requests and consumer loan applications.
• Assist customers through digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying solutions that meet customers' financial needs.
• Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding banking products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with troubleshooting online and mobile banking services.
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Complete assigned weekly operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Support customers across multiple banking locations through virtual service channels.
