Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad team in Wisconsin seeks a friendly agent to be the first contact for technology support at the Green Bay store. You will assist customers with issues, assess needs and provide guidance on repairs or replacements, while building trust through clear communication.

You'll perform basic services, set up devices, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs. Training and resources are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
