Job summary

You will train users, document issues, and collaborate to identify hardware and software solutions while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus related coursework required.
• Minimum five years of microcomputer and software operations experience.
• Associate degree in computer information systems or networking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced on-site and phone support for hardware and software.
• Install Windows PCs, Chromebooks, and iPads with peripherals and apps.
• Manage district hardware, groups, and accounts using AD, GP and MDM solutions.
• Conduct and document in-depth problem-solving research.
• Develop, test and install new software programs and updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps in the Help Desk system.
• Diagnose hardware issues and replace components as needed.
• Develop and conduct user training for hardware and software usage.
• Evaluate departmental needs and recommend tech solutions.
• Diagnose network issues and perform repairs.
