Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays in the retail store.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
