Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater per semester and cumulatively.
• Enrolled in CSUSB at least halftime (6 undergraduate units; 3 graduate units).
• International students must have full‑time CSUSB enrollment. (12/6 units)
• Eligible to work in the United States; payroll requires Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist faculty and staff with computer issues in person or remotely.
• Resolve printer issues and maintain printers.
• Replace hardware and repair/improve machines.
• Maintain labs and department computers (desktops, laptops, tablets).
• Update operating systems and software as needed.
• Create/update FOG deployment images for labs.
• Update inventory records and documentation.
