Qualifications
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and network troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology operations for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and coordinate college-wide tech services.
- Provide direction to Technology Support Specialists and student assistants; prioritize work and ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as liaison between college leadership, faculty, staff, and ITS; align tech initiatives with university goals.
- Oversee technology projects, standard adherence, security requirements, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate procurement, licensing, renewals, and vendor interactions; support strategy with best practices.
