Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Support or similar role.
• Strong PowerShell skills; Bash is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch).
• Ability to improve support workflows in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to support East/West Coast hours.
