Aidoc is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who will bridge the gap between customers and engineering teams. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues while ensuring the reliability of Aidoc's platform.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL, available to cover Pacific Time hours if necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for complex customer issues.
• Monitor and triage production alerts impacting customers.
• Diagnose issues using logs, system metrics, and SQL queries.
