Job summary

Best Buy in Yorba Linda is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support. You will assess customers' needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Training and resources are provided to help you assist customers effectively. You will set up new devices, offer guidance on repair or replacement, and maintain knowledge through continual training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions, listening, and giving accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
